Made it through today
Breakfast: Oatmeal with rasberries Snack: Cauliflower and carrots + some whole grain flakes (30 grams of these are supposedly giving 23 kcals) Lunch: French beans and two boiled eggs Snack: Almons (40 g) Dinner: Salad (cottage cheese and cucumber) + 1 tblspoon of honey
About 1200 kcal. Feeling so damn good.

When you read through my blog it seems like all I’ve done is fail my dieting, healthy eating and excercising. I’ve had these terrible binges for last 3 days, which have made me feel so bad about myself. I’ve also tried to do low-carb diet, limit my carbs intake to 70 grams, but that’s just so depressing, I can’t have my oatmeal or any fruits and it’s making me...
