Made it through today
Breakfast: Oatmeal with rasberries Snack: Cauliflower and carrots + some whole grain flakes (30 grams of these are supposedly giving 23 kcals) Lunch: French beans and two boiled eggs Snack: Almons (40 g) Dinner: Salad (cottage cheese and cucumber) + 1 tblspoon of honey About 1200 kcal. Feeling so damn good.
